Martin Precision have an experienced team of trained engineers and operatives who can assist in the engineering and the development and manufacture of a wide range of precision engineered components and fixtures.

We have invested in a variety of machines, each suited to the manufacture of different components, so that we can manufacture a vast range of components and sub-assemblies efficiently and effectively.   Specialising in hard and soft alloys we offer a full range and size of prismatic machining including complex geometries.

We have an extensive range of CNC turning equipment, from standard turret lathes through to Traub 9-axis and 12-axis multi spindle lathes which can machine components up to 210mm3. Introducing this new multi-axis technology has enabled us to offer precision turning and mill turning to all sectors.

Our CNC milling capabilities cover complex five-axis machining up to 300mm3 using hard and soft metals such as steel, titanium, aluminium, nimonics and super alloys. The flexibility of 5-axis mills allows us to consistently machine curves and more unusual shapes with confidence.

Our sliding head machines manufacture small components consistently and effectively up to 32mm3. Able to run 24/7, the sliding heads can produce large quantities of components cost effectively.  Faster than a standard CNC milling machine, they maintain a constant temperature, allowing greater consistency in the dimensions of parts being produced.
