Neil plays a critical role within Martin, overseeing every aspect of our day to day Operations.
As well as providing a consistently high level of service to our existing customers, Neil is particularly passionate about continuous improvement and has introduced numerous initiatives since joining us in December 2016.
With over 30 years’ in manufacturing Neil certainly brings a wealth of industry experience to his role. Starting as an apprentice with Rolls-Royce in 1989, Neil worked his way up through the manufacturing ladder covering all aspects of HS&E, Quality, Logistics and Engineering over various Rolls-Royce sites in the UK and abroad.
Not a man to sit still, away from work, Neil can be found in the gym, or on the golf course.
